1. Overview
By using the Pixels Computer website, purchasing products, or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Product Pricing & Accuracy
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). While we strive for absolute accuracy, pricing errors may occur. Pixels Computer reserves the right to cancel orders placed under incorrect price listings.
3. Orders & Payment
Placing an order represents an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed upon payment authorization or Cash on Delivery verification.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver within estimated timeframes (1-2 days Dhaka, 2-4 days nationwide). Delivery risk passes to the buyer upon receipt.
5. Warranty & Service
Products carry official brand warranty coverage as detailed on the product page. Warranty servicing is handled through authorized service centers under manufacturer policies.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the courts of Dhaka.
