Non-Returnable Items
- Software licenses, digital keys, and opened consumables (thermal paste, thermal pads).
- Products with missing original accessories, user manuals, or damaged box packaging.
- Items damaged due to physical stress, liquid contact, or customer mishandling.
Refund Process
- Inspected & approved returns are refunded within 3–5 business days.
